As I get to plant more lawns this Spring I will provide more before & after pictures.

Services I perform: Overseeding an existing lawn promotes new growth and will fill in the weak and damaged areas of your grass. Sometimes stresses from heat, drought, cold, disease, gophers, moles, insects & pets can make your lawn thin. Unwanted grasses are another reason to overseed. Depending on the severity of your weak or damaged areas can help you determine if a lawn renovation is needed.
Aeration -- Why is Aeration Necessary?
Compact Soil prevents grass from establishing a healthy root system & keeps water & fertilizer from reaching the roots.
Also it makes these happen:
-
Reduced water runoff and puddling.
-
Stronger grass roots.
-
Reduced soil compaction.
-
Enhanced heat and drought stress tolerance.
-
Improved resiliency and cushioning.
-
Enhanced thatch breakdown.
Complete Lawn Renovation If your lawn has over 40% unwanted grass it might be time to spray it out completley and replant a brand new lawn.
Sometimes you need to take a couple steps back to make great steps forward.
This service includes: Spraying out the lawn, Aerating the lawn Replant the lawn with a slice seeder.
What is the process of Renovation? I start by spraying out the existing lawn. After a couple of weeks, you will need to mow over your lawn at your lawn mowers lowest setting.
Once you’ve done that, I will come over with my slice seeder spreader. My machine will plant seed 1/4” in the soil, allowing germination & growth to take place quickly. After that I will apply nutrients. Your lawn will appear in 2-3 weeks.
How much does it cost:
This depends on what service your lawn needs. As a rule of thumb, most full renovations are 1/2 the price of getting sod delivered to your property. Not installed, just delivered. Think about that, you could have a nice new lawn for 1/2 the price of sod with a little effort on your end.
